직무 소개
▶담당업무
– Lead category consumer and market insight to deliver consumer-centric implications for the business
– Support National Brands(CASS, Hanmac, OB Larger, FiLGOOD etc.) and Innovation team by identifying insight requirement and delivering most appropriate research design and result
– Monitor/Track Brand and commercial performance to deliver consolidated insight and manage team to deliver key tracking deliverable on-time
– Brand Strategy:
1) Conduct Pre & Post Campaign learning plan for all key national brand campaigns and key
competition
2) Build strong consumer research/learning discipline managing internal stakeholders
3) Provide comprehensive brand performance analysis for 1 year Planning
지원 자격
– Able to draws data-based insights to continually seek opportunities, identify new prospects to improve insight quality
– More than 8 years of experience in Strategy/Consumer research/Consulting area and at least 4 year+ in consulting/research agency experience is must
– Working experience in multinational FMCG companies and major international research/consulting agency
– Strong communication, follow-up, organizational, and presentation skills
– Proactive and constantly seeking for better quality of the work
– Comfortable communicate in verbal & written communication skill in both English & Korean
