직무 소개

ㆍProvide analytical services and an advisory role in order to influence the marketing director and other functions (Brand, Innovation, Trade marketing & sales etc.) on key strategic issues, which are critical to the growth of business.
ㆍLead the Market Research function in Korea to ensure all research objectives are met; ensure research is completed in a timely manner and the approved budget; ensure research information is communicated to provide consumer / category insights to the marketing & sales managers
ㆍRaise the standard of market research: provide input at the methodology, design and questionnaire stage; act as an approval check point prior to implementation; ensure consistency in approach for regional / global bench marking items.
ㆍWorking closely with brand and innovation team for successful launching of new product by providing integrated consumer insights
ㆍRaise the quality and consistency of the service of research partners; Assist the marketing team with resolution of key issues.
ㆍAccountable for controlling Korean research budget.

지원 자격

ㆍExcellent education (BA, BS or higher degrees) and evidence of high level of achievement in prior marketing position. Minimum 7 years’ experience in business analysis or market research up to strategic management level.
ㆍBilingual ability in both Korean and English. Specially, the ability to write fluently in English and the possession of strong oral presentation skills
