직무 소개
Market Research and Request:
· Provide objective, forward-looking, decision-relevant insights to ensure decisions consider the opportunities and challenges presented by competitors and other market participants.
· Collect, analyze, and synthesize market and competitive insights that deliver actionable recommendations by utilizing analytical models and frameworks.
· Participate in market insight investigations that influence product portfolio planning, sales roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies.
Collect and Analyze data:
· Conduct and deliver customer and brand research and analyses as needed.
· Conduct market-by-market assessments to determine business needs, consolidate input, develop a prioritized analytical plan to achieve results.
· Gain and share deep knowledge of the automotive industry and key competitors.
Prepare Market Share and Competitive Landscapes:
· Manage repository of key information and promote sharing.
· Identify and monitor key competitors and their strategies.
· Proactively seek out opportunities to provide value-added data and analysis that promote business efficiencies, brand consistency, and accountability
· Create key insights and recommend appropriate actions.
Market Intelligence Processes:
· Develop and manage market intelligence data collection and analysis processes.
· Assist with sales planning and related strategic communications activities as needed.
· Provide analysis of sales, marketing effectiveness metrics, industry and economic information, and other consumer, product, and market data to create actionable insights that deliver on our business goal.
· Automate reporting and visualization of data where possible.
· Work cross-functionally with other teams, functions to leverage existing analysis and develop deep understanding of global and local market dynamics.
· Develop key marketing performance index, metrics, and targets.
· Design and deliver effective presentations to appropriate management levels and organizations.
· Competitors’ promotion study including company’s promotion budget planning & management.
New Business Development & Support:
· Planning & Cooperation of new business projects such as mobility, finance, ICT, etc.
· Analysis of future automotive trend and discovery new business areas.
· Sensing new technologies, specification of new business model
지원 자격
Experience and Education:
· 2+ years of experience in market research, business analysis, and competitive intelligence.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree highly desirable.
· Fluent in both Korean & English
Work Skills:
· Visualization software (Tableau, etc.) experience preferred
